Kubb Match Monday features the 2020 Captain Ken’s Loppet Kubb Tournament finals match with two teams that have been there a few times. Chaska Kubb has won the tournament once before while the Free Agents have won the tournament three times previously. The Free Agents had their foot on the gas all day to reach this final match, while Chaska Red had played fairly well but cooled off in the semi-finals. Their semi-final ended up being a long grinding survival match with the Lumber Tumblers. Needless to say, they were just thankful to have the opportunity to get this far. They made the most of their situation because anything can happen when you hang on and some lucky bounces went their way when they needed them. Chaska considers any single game won in under 20 baton throws to be championship level kubb. See how many it took here.
