SOUTH PASADENA, Calif. — The L.A. Kubb Club will host its fourth annual West Coast Kubb Championships on Sunday, April 28, 2019 in sunny SoCal. Once again teams of two to six will compete at Orange Grove Park in South Pasadena.
Warmups begin at 9 a.m. at the park, followed by Klassic System-style qualification play at 9:30 a.m. Registration is open online and costs $50 per team, or $25 for an individual. Individuals will be matched to a team by the tournament organizers. Skill levels of all types are welcome and encouraged to play. If you wait to register the day of, rates go up to $60 a team and $30 an individual.
The West Coast Kubb Championships has established itself as a competitive field of local talent and Midwesterners looking for a reprieve from their brutal winters. The weather, the people, and the kubb are all sure to be top notch.
