SCANDIA, Minn. — On Saturday, Sept. 9, 2017 the St. Paul Kubb Society will be hosting a unique scrambler tournament as part of the annual Taco Daze celebration. Players can sign up as individuals or teams of two and will be mixed together for three-on-three and six-on-six matches. The top eight individuals and the top eight teams will move into a championship bracket with the remaining teams and individuals heading to a consolation bracket.
The event will be held at Meister’s Bar & Grill amongst the other Taco Daze festivities, including bands, beer tents, a parade, meat ball races, and an outside bar right by the kubb pitches. Registration is $15 for individuals and $25 for teams of two, but the tournament is limited to 18 individuals and 18 teams.
