Kubb Match Monday: Whiskeyboys vs. Chaska

If you have been following the World Kubb Championship on YouTube over the past five years, there is a good chance you have heard the crowd chant “Whiskey Boys, Whiskey Boys…” The Chaska boys have been following and they were very familiar with the name Inglorious Whiskeyboys. Chaska enjoyed their stay on the island just 10 minutes down the road from the tournament site. One evening, they heard the familiar sound of wood on wood coming from the bed and breakfast farm across the road from their own accommodations. They made their way over for a friendly visit and got to know the Whiskeyboys who were getting ready for the tournament. By the time these two teams met in the Round of 32, they were already good friends. But only one team could move on from the Round of 32.
