The semi-finals of the 2021 Pennsylvania Kubb Championship (Elverson, Pennsylvania) saw the Squirrel Staches meeting Old Line Kubb. The Squirrel Staches were made up of a player from the Kubb Squirrels (Kyle Weakland) and one from the Kubbstaches (Jake Leavitt). They faced off against Old Line Kubb (Joe Harbert, Mike Horengic), a newer club out of Maryland (players from Maryland and Pennsylvania). Old Line Kubb was playing in their first ever semi-final as a team. The match features pinpoint 8 meter play from Weakland, who has emerged as one of the top baseline shots in the country.
