May is chocked full of kubb tournaments all around the Midwest. A state tournament, a 1v1 championship and an invitational where everyone is invited means there’s something for everyone!
First up is the Wisconsin State Kubb Championship. This one has quickly become a who’s who of the kubb scene. The competition is fierce, Sara’s playlists are fire, and since it’s in the Dells, you could even recover from a long day of kubb on a water slide. You won’t want to miss this one.
The Stoughton Kubb Invitational—consider this your invitation—is known for cool trophies and great vibes. This one is sure to bring some strong competition too so make sure you’re a part of it.
The U.S. National 1v1 Kubb Championship is one part 1v1 tournament, and one part kubb sleep-away camp. Camping, fires, food, friends and of course some kubb at Phil Dickinson‘s house is sure to be a weekend in Michigan you won’t forget.
The Chetek Chain of Lakes Classic returns for a second year with proceeds benefitting Barron/Chetek Youth Hockey. Play well enough here and you’ll score some farm fresh eggs alongside your trophy.
