Winter kubb continues into February with some great options to utilize what you’ve learned in the cold weather survival guide. The City of Lakes Loppet is one of the largest and oldest outdoor winter tourneys, and this year it returns to Theodore Wirth Park. In addition to some high-quality kubb, you’ll be able to witness some exciting ski racing surrounding the pitches. This tournament is broken into two divisions—recreational and championship. Recreational is meant for anyone who wants to give it a try. First time playing kubb? Only tried it a few times in your backyard? This is the division for you! On the other hand, if you’re a seasoned kubb player with a little bit of tournament experience, you’ll want to enter the championship division.
