CHIPPEWA FALLS, Wisc. — The Kubb City Winter Scramble, hosted by the Eau Claire Kubb League, will be held for the first time on Dec. 11. This tournament will use a scramble format, which means players will get new teammates each round (two to three players per team, depending on registration numbers). The scramble will consist of six rounds, followed by bracket play. The U.S. National Kubb Championship rules will be in effect. Registration for the event is $10 per player.
The scramble will take place outside at Heartbreakers, so you’ll want to be sure to dress for the weather. There will be access to the warm bar, food, and drinks just steps away from the pitches.
